Welcome to Snow Chat. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Snow Chat

Snow Chat is an AI-powered personal assistant service provided by SnowAI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Snow Chat helps you with requests, questions, and workflows through conversational AI, integrations, and personalized assistance. Snow Chat also includes custom app-building and App Library features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snow Chat. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use Snow Chat.

3. Your Account

Account Creation

To use Snow Chat, you'll need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

4. Your Content and Privacy

Ownership

You retain all rights to your prompts, conversations, and any content you create using Snow Chat, including content in your custom apps. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and provide Snow Chat and related features.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• We do not sell your data
• We do not use your conversations to train AI models
• When you delete your account, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

5. App Library and Published Apps

Publishing

If you submit an app for App Library publication, you represent and warrant that you have all rights needed for the app content, metadata, and related materials you submit.

License for Distribution

By submitting content for App Library publication, you grant SnowAI, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, host, reproduce, display, distribute, and make available that app listing and associated content through Snow Chat services.

Review, Moderation, and Removal

We may review, reject, suspend, unpublish, or remove App Library submissions or listings at our discretion, including for policy, legal, or security reasons.

Installs and Updates

App Library installs are provided as user-installed app copies. Updates may require your explicit acceptance when newer versions request expanded privacy access (such as additional permissions or network domains).

6. Permissions, Integrations, and Third-Party Services

Snow Chat and custom apps may use integrations and third-party services (such as email, calendars, search APIs, AI providers, scheduling providers, notifications, and payment processors). Your use of third-party services is subject to their separate terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Snow Chat to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code or content
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access Snow Chat without our permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit or publish apps/content you do not have rights to use
• Build, publish, or distribute apps intended to deceive, phish, abuse, or harm users
• Attempt to bypass app permission controls, security safeguards, or usage limits

8. AI-Generated Content

Snow Chat uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. Important disclaimers:

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify important information before relying on it.
• No Professional Advice: Snow Chat does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult qualified professionals for such matters.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

9. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features are offered on paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges through our payment processor according to the plan you select.

• Plan pricing, features, and limits are presented in-product and may be updated from time to time
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing settings or payment portal when available
• Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable for elapsed billing periods

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Snow Chat available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that temporarily limits access
• Change pricing, plan features, or usage limits

11. Intellectual Property

Snow Chat's design, functionality, branding, and underlying technology are owned by SnowAI, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our service without permission.

12. Disclaimers

Snow Chat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowAI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of Snow Chat, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where liability limitations are not permitted, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnowAI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Snow Chat or violation of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at contact@snowchat.ai so we can try to resolve it informally.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through Snow Chat. Your continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. General

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnowAI, Inc. regarding Snow Chat.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
