Update an existing tag's title and description. A tag's resource class cannot be changed after creation.

Permanently and irreversibly delete exactly one campaign, prospect, mailing list, or tag by ID. This cannot be undone. The tool rejects the request unless confirm_deletion=true after explicit caller confirmation. Forced tag deletion also permanently removes all tag assignments and must be explicitly requested.
